Prefabricated Garages Built as Part of Building Project

There are now more cars on the road than there has ever been and even more people needing a garage or parking space for their car or out building Some families might have two or three cars and the need for parking space is essential. Prefabricated Garages (Fertiggaragen) are one way to ease the problem as they can be bought to accommodate more than one car and can easily be erected often in one day.
They can be bought with either a flat roof or a sloping roof have a landscape design and are just as good as brick built garages. They can be taken down if necessary and erected elsewhere making them a popular choice with people looking to buy a new garage. Parking spaces is a big problem for everyone and with so many cars being parked on the side of roads it has made many roads like one way streets. Many big building projects now include these prefabricated garages as an outbuilding. They can be used for any purpose such as extra storage or for use as an office. People not only put their cars in them but use them to store lawn mowers, garden tools, Christmas trimmings or anything that is not needed on a daily basis.

Some families with two or three cars might buy one as an extra garage. This means that all cars can be kept under cover and avoids parking on the road. Cars have made a big difference to how we live. People travel much further to get to work so taking the bus or train can take so much longer than using the car. For short journeys people are encouraged to use public transport, ride a bike or walk. Walking is very good exercise as is riding a bike. Children have become accustomed to being dropped off at school in the morning and being picked up again later in the day. This had led to a lot of children taking hardly any exercise which is no good for them or adults. Everyone is encouraged to take more exercise so walking to work or riding a bike is one way of keeping fit. For people who have to travel further to get to work this isn’t an option, they have no choice they have to use the car. However, because of the increase in petrol, people who work nearer to home who did take the car are now using public transport or alternative methods. This is good because it cuts down on pollution and frees up the roads for other car users for whom a car is necessary
